Patrik Gärde

I’m a Swedish-born designer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, since 2000, drawn to the intersection of design and technology. I’ve helped teams bring brands to life through thoughtful strategy, high-craft design, and production-ready execution.

My educational background is in fine art and advertising. I learned the tools of the trade working for a Swedish multimedia agency in the early 1990s—across videography, motion graphics, and print design.

As the web evolved, I leaned into interaction design—teaching myself the tools of the time and focusing on building experiences that were both visually strong and functional.

After relocating to the U.S., I built a career bridging UX and front-end implementation, pairing clear system design with production-ready execution in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.

Today I focus on cohesive product and brand experiences: shaping direction, crafting high-quality UI, and ensuring the final build holds up in real-world use.
